Turns out, babies need a lot of crap. Not really, but it makes taking care of them a whole lot easier. So yes, it's time to plan the baby shower. I decided long ago that I wanted to do a co-ed event after attending a friend's co-ed shower.
Of course having a co-ed shower opens a whole slew of entertaining challenges. Now, the shower guest list is shaping up to be as large as our wedding. Where will we fit these people and what will we feed them? Simple solution - Two showers. One with family, one with friends.
Our mothers are planning the family shower. The theme is Baby Polka Dots. I'm so excited to see what they come up with. No doubt it will be adorable and full of love!
For our friend shower, we're going with a Breakfast at Tiffany's theme. It's one of my favorite films. For image links and more inspiration, follow my board on Pinterest.Source: http://www.loveandlaceblog.com/2013/02/a-breakfast-at-tiffanys-baby-shower.html
