Wedding plans are off for Jay Baruchel and Alison Pill. The couple reportedly ended their 2 year engagement last month. Pill confirmed the breakup to ET Canada over the weekend when the news outlet asked about the wedding.
?There will be none,? Pill told ET Canada.
Last month, 30-year-old Baruchel tweeted about the split but then deleted the post. ?Alone again, naturally. Heartbroken. I won?t be on twitter for awhile gang. Getting dumped rules,? he wrote.
No other details were immediately available. Baruchel, whose movie credits include How To Train Your Dragon and Tropic Thunder, popped the question with a 180 year old Victorian wedding band in late 2010. ?When I gave it to her, I just said, basically, 'S--- or get off the pot.? I said, 'F--- it, will you marry me?'? he revealed at the time.
Pill, 27, stars on HBO?s Newsroom. She has appeared in films like Milk, Midnight In Paris and Dan in Real Life.
